Plan, develop and deliver Intercultural Awareness programs and and Intercultural Communications courses for various clients in Japan.  Work with EDI, Inc. to plan and deliver International Management Assessment Program (IMAP) for Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) annually at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California.
